We reserve the right to immediately suspend or delete any account that promotes illicit activities, scams, fraud, or illegal adult content without prior notice.

We are here to support creators, not criminals. If you abuse the platform, you will be banned. Period.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fulink, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Content Guidelines

You retain all rights to the content you post. However, you grant us the right to display that content on your public profile.

Adult Content Policy: We permit links to legal adult content platforms (e.g., OnlyFans, Fansly, Patreon). However, the hosting or promotion of illegal or non-consensual content is strictly prohibited.

Strictly Prohibited Content:

  • Illegal Activities: Selling drugs, weapons, or soliciting illegal acts.
  • Scams & Fraud: "Get rich quick" schemes, phishing links, or misleading investments.
  • Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence or discrimination.
  • Non-Consensual Content: Sharing private images of others without consent.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

5. "As Is" Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Fulink makes no warranties, whether express or implied, that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Since we provide this service for free, we are not liable for any loss of data or downtime.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
